It is our goal to process your order and get it on it's way to you as quickly as possible.  Our normal, standard delivery typically uses UPS, FedEx or USPS, depending on the items ordered and are received in 2-5 business days.  You will receive an email notification and tracking number to notify you when your order has been received and shipped.  Additional shipping guidelines include:

  • We ship worldwide!  CLICK HERE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORDERS.
  • We offer free shipping to orders with a final purchase price of $100 or higher (after any other discounts or promotional coupons are applied).   International customers may still be subject to processing fees from our freight forwarding partner.  We are not able to waive those fees.
  • Items will be shipped to the billing address on the credit card only.  Due to an increase in fraud and theft, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses.
  • Addresses with a PO Box will be shipped via USPS, as UPS and FedEx do not deliver to a PO Box address.
  • Occasionally items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  In these cases, please allow an additional 2-5 days for arrival.
  • In an instance where an item is temporarily out of stock, your item will be placed on backorder, and shipped out as soon as the item returns to stock.  Please note that your credit card is charged at the time of the order.  You may choose to cancel the order should an item be out of stock.  We will make every effort to inform you of an items expected arrival date as quickly as possible.
  • Orders sent to an undeliverable or incorrect address and are subsequently returned to us will be cancelled, less any shipping charges that were incurred.  This includes items purchased via a "free shipping" promotion.  Please be sure you include a correct address. 
  • Any customs duties or taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the international buyer.  We do not reimburse customs fees under any circumstances.  


Returns & Exchanges
At Hoof n' Paw Pet Supplies we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We also know that occasionally, an item may not quite work out.  That is why we are happy to offer an exchange or refund to your unused item in original condition within 30 days of receipt under the following guidelines:

  1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning your item.  Items returned without a number will be refused and returned to you as a final purchase.  Obtain an RMA number by sending an email request to info@hoofnpawpetsupplies.com.  
  2. We regret that shipping charges are non-refundable.  We do not accept returns via COD.
  3. Returns and exchanges are accepted only when item is returned in its original, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.  
  4. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Email info@hoofnpawpetsupplies.com to notify us.
  5. Certain items are NOT returnable and all sales are finalDog beds and crate mats, blankets, pet carriers, treats and chews, toys, strollers and car seats are not exchangeable or returnable and no exceptions can be made.  This guideline is in place for health reasons, as these items could not be made available to another pet.  
  6. We are happy to provide one complimentary exchange for another size or style of an item when requested.  Repeated exchanges are subject to a $10 handling fee, as when we exchange an item for you, we provide complimentary shipping back out to you.
  7. Seasonal items are non-returnable.  This includes Halloween or Christmas costumes, dog toys, collars or other apparel.  You may exchange the item for the  same item of a different size instead if it remains as an in-stock item.
  8. All clearance items are final sale.
  9. Any item that has been personalized with your pet's name or otherwise is non-returnable nor can be exchanged, so please select proper sizes and styles carefully.



Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card via PayPal.  You may also pay with a PayPal cash balance.  

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for items that are shipped within the state of Kentucky.  All other areas are not subject to the tax.  We only ship to the billing address on file.

Privacy Policy
At Hoof n' Paw Pets, we respect your privacy.  Shopping at Hoof n' Paw Pets is conducted via a secure connection and we do business with established, well-known industry providers.  Any information we collect for the purpose of fulfilling your order is kept confidential.  We will never sell or share your information in an effort to make extra profit.  

Occasionally, we may send you via email discount promotions or offers.  You may elect to not receive these promotions and discounts at any time.  

Catalog Requests
We are a web only enterprise.  Because our products are easy to locate and purchase online, we do not publish a printed catalog.
